Rehearsals, revival, Wuerzburg…

Hi there! i hope you are well and had a nice week. I had a busy week, and finally sang again on stage Opera and went back to my ex city Wuerzburg. This city was my home for 8 long years and it feels like it was a super quick moment when I think back, one day I was suddenly living there and the next moment sudenly left.

I was back to Wuerzburg for rehearsals of Falstaff. Today we had our first performance of this season. I will sing 5 performances in total, this time for the first time I am a guest in the theater that was my workplace for the last 8 years. It was really interesting to be back, I had many mixed feelings, my body new I was sort of home but my brain tells me that my reality is now a new one, and it is not in Wuerzburg.

Being there rehearsing was a very familiar sitaution, to see my colleagues again, choir, pianists, conductor, etc... it was very nice to see them all and at the same time nostalgic.

It was also very nice to sing again with Orchesta, since end of July before I went to Mexico for the summer break I was not on stage doing Opera.

I really enjoyed being on stage tonight and I look forward to our next show on coming Friday 25th October.

I keep my exercise routine, my daily reading and my morning pages, in addition I bought a book about some facts of the brain and it is really easy reading and is a short book. After reading it maybe I will talk about it a bit in this blog.
