Rehearsals, lustige Witwe, studying...

Hi there! This week we had only rehearsals with the ochestra for our production of Falstaff. It is very nice music, and I enjoy singing Fenton, it is a fun role to play.

I continue to study my repertoire for auditions, I am finding many pleaces to improve and keep working, so enough to keep me busy. I also keep exploring some arias I have not touch in years and it is nice to try them out. Studying never stops.

Yesterday evening we had performance of Die lustige Witwe and it went really well, we had full house, and also I had fun on stage. I think we have only 2 more shows to go. So this season I have left 2 performances of Witwe and the performances of Falstaff which are I think 7 or 8.

I keep reading "Daily Stoic" by Holiday and my 4 time per week exercise routine. I also continue studying Japanese, which, I find really difficult but interesting, it challenges me so much, it is complitely different from any other language I have learnt. To learn Japanese is really difficult but I am enjoying it.

Take care and see you next week.
