PCR test…

This week on Wednesday I got back the results of my PCR test and I tested positive. So I am in doors for the whole week and it has been challenging cause I love walking outside and this week we had some sunny days and I missed that so much. I had to cancel as well 2 performances of Tamino and due to the current situation at the theater with some other colleagues as well with this virus, the theater decided to cancel the two performances. I hope everyone including me get better soon.

I studied this week at home more of Lensky and learning by heart little by little this role. I am also preparing for a concert in UK that will be happening on the 26th March. I will sing the Petite Messe Solennelle from Rossini. I sang this work back in 2010 I believe, it was a concert at Duke's Hall at the Royal Academy of Music in London when I was a student. I am looking forward to it and hopefully I will recover quickly cause I really want to sing this again and specially go to UK after many years of not being there. London has a very special place in my heart and everytime I am there brings me so many great memories.

Now that is Sunday I feel much better in comparison with the last few days. Next week I hope I will feel complitely healthy again so that I can go and do the test again and be hopefully negative again so I can go to London the week after. Although being sick this week I still did my excersice routine, I must say it was more challenging than normal cause I felt weaker but I took it easy and just did it on my own pace. I even split one session in two days so that is not so heavy on me.

Take care and I send my prayers to Ukraine.
