Falstaff, Japan, Tokyo…
This week was an interesting one. On Wednesday I had performance of Falstaff and it went really well. The next day, meaning Thursday, I took a train to Frankfurt airport and I flew here! Hehe! My beloved Japan. I arrived to Tokyo on Friday morning and like the last time, I stayed at Koko Hotels in Ginza. This hotel is pretty affordable for the area, which is a very expensive one. Ginza station is very well connected to many important stations in this huge city.
Today is Sunday and after many thousands of steps made, my legs are half broken, I have visited many places, ate many things, and drank some of my favorite coffee in the world, some at my favorite coffee shops here and I also went to some new coffee shops I visited for the first time. Here in Japan, specialty coffee is great and there are so many options.
Of Course I cannot leave out saying that I have taken already in these 3 days here hundreds of photos both with my phone and my Xt4 fujifilm camera, so I have many photos to edit when I get back to Germany, probably it will take me soem time before I finish editing. I say this cause when I go back to Germany in less than 10 days, I have several performances and personal stuff I need to attend to.
This is my 5th time in Japan and like never before there are so many tourists. Japan is experiencing an over crowded tourism this year (I am on of those tourists haha). Tomorrow finally Aki comes from Gemrmany, after he last concert of the season in Chemnitz, and I am looking forward to it.
Next will I will be in Osaka with Aki and her family, I am very excited to go back to yet another great city here in Japan.
Take care, see you next week.
